Everyone wants to be successful in their own carrier. But It's need more hard work, motivation and support from the people around you. If you are trying to do your best, There are always positive and negative people will around you. The negative people will trigger you with their negative thoughts. But Only the people who believe their hard work and worth they won't take those negative words into their head.
I know one sportsman from my batch. He is the cricketer who hit the ball like a soccer. When he used to hit the ball in his own way he is very popular and successful. But the people around him, gave advice, don't hit the ball in starting like so many things. But the reality is he's the hitter who start it from the first ball because it's his game. He does that very well. But people never stopped their advice.
He started to follow their advice's. He started struggling, The same people who gave the advice choose someone for him to play the important match. He lost his opportunities. He said those all stories to me. I said one thing to him, Don't run away from who you are, Play your game. Everyone will comment on you. But It's you are the only one know who you are and what you want to be.
May be the one who comment on you is one of the best in that field but he is not same. His game is different. Everyone has their own style. May be he can't know your worth. May be you are going to beat him in the future. So Never underestimate your value.
If people really want you to be successful, they always with you and help you to grow. They won't do only advice
